Four resolutions were proposed for voting:

Ordinary Business:

1. Consideration and adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY ended March 31, 2026, Reports of Board of Directors and Auditors thereon (Ordinary Resolution)

2. Declaration of dividend of ₹6.00 per share on paid-up equity share capital for FY ended March 31, 2026 as recommended by Board (Ordinary Resolution)

3. Re-appointment of Ms. Tara Parthasarathy (DIN: 07121058), Director retiring by rotation (Ordinary Resolution)

Special Business:

4. Ratification of audit fee of Cost Auditors for financial year 2026-27 (Ordinary Resolution)
