UltraTech Cement Appoints Rohit Agarwal Head Internal Audit

UltraTech Cement appointed Mr. Rohit Agarwal as Head of Internal Audit effective 25th May 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Board based on recommendations from Nomination and Audit Committees.
Mr. Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant with 21 years of experience in mining, metals, power, and manufacturing sectors.
