Capacity Expansion Details

UltraTech Cement Limited has commissioned 4.6 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) of new cement capacity through two distinct projects:

  • 3.6 mtpa greenfield integrated capacity at Petnikota, Andhra Pradesh
  • 1.0 mtpa through debottlenecking at existing cement plants located in:
  • Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh
  • Patratu, Jharkhand
  • Nathdwara, Rajasthan

Capacity Update

Following this expansion:

  • Total domestic grey cement manufacturing capacity: 204.7 mtpa
  • Overseas capacity: 5.4 mtpa
  • Total global capacity: 210.1 mtpa
