UN:BLOC Launches Website and Opens Enrollment for 300‑Patient Founding Cohort
On 25 August 2026, from Gurugram, UN:BLOC – a healthcare venture created by Deepak Sahni, the founder of Healthians – announced the launch of its public website (unbloc.com) and opened applications for its inaugural cohort of 300 patients. The venture is built around a treatment system called Block Medicine, which combines principles from Ayurveda with modern diagnostics to identify and address underlying physiological ‘blocks’ rather than merely managing symptoms.
Patients enrolling through the new platform are required to pay a one‑time fee of ₹2,499 for the BlocMarker™ assessment. This assessment gathers information from a detailed medical questionnaire covering personal and family health history, existing conditions, lifestyle patterns, as well as lab reports and wearable data where available. The multidisciplinary UnblocPanel™ of doctors reviews the submitted data, provides an immediate preliminary read, and delivers a fully reviewed result within 48–72 hours. The ₹2,499 fee is credited toward the UnblocProtocol™ treatment plan should the patient elect to continue with UN:BLOC’s services.
The platform targets chronic conditions that are traditionally managed for life, including high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid disorders, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), obesity and other similar ailments. Block Medicine has so far mapped 51 distinct biological blocks that clinicians use to trace symptoms back to root causes, aiming to reduce long‑term neurological burdens such as nerve damage, impaired cerebral circulation and cognitive decline.
Deepak Sahni shared his personal experience that inspired the venture: diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes a decade ago, he was on twelve medications and saw no improvement until he and a physician developed a protocol focused on his own physiological blocks, reducing his medication load by 75 % within 90 days. Since that initial case, UN:BLOC’s clinical team has treated over 30 patients under the Block Medicine framework prior to the public launch.
The founding team includes investor and former cricketer Yuvraj Singh, who is joining UN:BLOC’s founding team after previously backing Healthians. The clinical leadership comprises Dr. Ashish Kalla, Founding Clinical Partner and Chief Clinical Officer, who emphasized the integrative nature of the framework, and a medical board of specialists: Dr. Joy Chakraborty (Internal Medicine), Dr. Piyush Ojha (Neurology), Dr. Pranaw Kumar Jha (Nephrology), Dr. Anurag Passi (Cardiology) and Dr. Sajat Chiwane (Cardiology).
Enrollment for the 300‑patient cohort is currently open at unbloc.com, and interested individuals can learn more through the website and the founder’s personal pages linked in the release.
