The 53rd Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 9th September, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual means, conducted in accordance with relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI.
Dividend Details
The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 27th May, 2026 recommended:
- Regular dividend: ₹40 per equity share of face value ₹10 each (400%) for Financial Year 2025-26
- Special dividend: ₹60 per share (600%) of face value ₹10 each on account of Thane land sale
- Total dividend recommended: ₹100 per share (1000%) of face value ₹10 each
Dividend payment is subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Record Date and Payment Timeline
If declared, the dividend shall be paid to all equity shareholders on or after 16th September, 2026, after approval by shareholders at the AGM.
Voting Eligibility
For determining members eligible to vote on resolutions set out in the AGM Notice, the cut-off date has been fixed for Wednesday, 2nd September, 2026.
