Unifinz Capital Board Meeting: Interim Dividend & NCD

Unifinz Capital India Limited has scheduled a Board meeting on March 28, 2026 to declare interim dividend for FY2025-26.
Board will also consider revision/enhancement of umbrella limit for NCD issuance on private placement basis.
Record date for interim dividend eligibility has been fixed as April 6, 2026, per Regulation 42 of SEBI LODR.
