Unimech Aerospace signed definitive agreements on April 22, 2026, to acquire Hobel Bellows, a specialised manufacturer of metallic bellows and precision-engineered assemblies.
Hobel Bellows reported provisional FY26 revenue of ₹123.7 crore and operates a 180,000 sq. ft. export-oriented manufacturing facility in Visakhapatnam.
The acquisition aims to expand Unimech's capabilities into higher-value engineered assemblies and enhance its wallet share with existing OEM customers.
The transaction is subject to standard closing conditions and is positioned as a margin-accretive, cash-generative addition to Unimech's platform.
