Unimech Aerospace completed acquisition of Hobel Bellows through its subsidiary Innomech Aerospace Toolings.
Unimech acquired 24% stake while subsidiary Innomech acquired 76% in Hobel Bellows Private Limited.
Transaction finalized per definitive agreements with full consideration paid as per earlier disclosure.
Hobel Bellows becomes step-down subsidiary of Unimech following acquisition completion on April 27, 2026.
