  • Agreement covers manufacture and supply of precision components and assemblies for aero-engine and control system applications
  • Represents significant expansion of Unimech's aerospace manufacturing portfolio into precision components and assemblies
  • Applications require stringent precision, robust process controls, rigorous quality assurance and consistent supply reliability
  • Agreement effective from April 1, 2026 until November 1, 2036
  • Agreement may be extended or terminated in accordance with its terms
  • Provides contractual framework for Honeywell Aerospace to issue purchase orders and/or statements of work to Innomech
