Unimech Aerospace and its subsidiary Innomech to invest ₹450 crore to acquire Hobel Bellows Co. via Hobel Bellows Private Limited.
Unimech will hold 24% and Innomech 76% in Hobel Bellows Private Limited, which will then acquire 99.99% of the partnership firm.
Hobel Bellows Co. reported a turnover of ₹123.74 crore in FY2025-26 and manufactures metallic bellows for aerospace and defence.
