Union Bank Appoints Sowmya Sridhar Chief Risk Officer

Union Bank of India appoints Sowmya Sridhar as Chief Risk Officer effective 22nd May 2026 for a tenure until 31st August 2029.
Sridhar is a General Manager with over 30 years of experience, including 19 years specifically in risk management and is a certified FRM.
The appointment is made under SEBI Listing Regulations, replacing Shri Ashwini Kumar Ramakrishna Chowdhary in the role.
