Union Bank India Q4 FY26 Debt Securities Disclosure

Union Bank of India submitted its mandatory half-yearly statement of debt securities to BSE and NSE as of March 31, 2026.
Total debt securities outstanding amounted to ₹17,933 crore across 14 instruments including perpetual and term debt.
The filing includes six perpetual debt instruments totaling ₹7,983 crore with call options and eight term debt instruments.
The disclosure was made under SEBI Master Circular requirements and signed by Company Secretary Ashish Mishra.
