Uniphore and LTM announced a strategic partnership to co‑develop industry‑specific AI solutions using small language models and AI agents.
The collaboration will initially target BFSI, manufacturing, and media & entertainment sectors, addressing workflows like FP&A, contract intelligence, logistics, and contact centers.
Uniphore’s Business AI Cloud will power LTM’s BlueVerse™ ecosystem, providing a secure, sovereign platform for unified data, models, and AI agents.
LTM will also deploy the platform internally to accelerate its own transformation and shorten client implementation timelines.
