The Board of Directors of Unisem Agritech Limited has fixed Friday, 04th September, 2026 as the Record Date/Cut-Off Date. The purpose of this date is to determine the eligibility of members who are entitled to cast their votes through remote e-voting/e-voting at the 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26.
Consequently, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 05th September, 2026 to Friday, 11th September, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM.
