BcStep consolidates ERP, HRM, chat, email and task‑management functionalities into a single digital platform, enabling developers, architects, consultants, project management consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to coordinate and track activities without the fragmentation caused by multiple disparate software systems. The platform targets efficiency gains by reducing time spent searching across emails and chats, eliminating manual follow‑ups and status tracking, cutting administrative effort in coordinating meetings and tasks, removing dependence on individuals for project history, and providing activity‑wise and category‑wise task status tracking as well as overall project progress visibility for all stakeholders. BcStep represents approximately five years of continuous product development, encompassing technology upgrades, product testing, architecture design and integration of its constituent applications. The launch is pan‑India in scope, with a roadmap that will introduce additional capabilities such as site management, invoice management, contract management, material management and an AI‑driven assistant named Mr. Bon. Bollywood actor Rajeev Khandelwal has been appointed as the brand ambassador for BcStep, embodying the platform’s vision of a more connected and collaborative construction ecosystem. Kailash Anwala, Managing Director of UniSteps, stated that the five‑year development effort leveraged the firm’s more than two decades of experience in project management, structural consultancy and MEP consultancy, resulting in a practical, connected and scalable solution. Over the next three years, UniSteps aims to build a strong base of paying organisations, establishing BcStep as a scalable recurring‑revenue technology platform for the construction sector.
