United Credit Limited has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange regarding the cut-off date for e-voting eligibility at its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The 55th Annual General Meeting of the company will be held through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) on Monday, 28th September 2026.
The cut-off date for determining voting rights of members for e-voting (including remote e-Voting) at the AGM is set as 21st September 2026 (end of day). Voting rights will be reckoned for members whose names appear in the Register of Members or list of Beneficial Owners as of this cut-off date.
This determination is made pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company will be availing the e-voting facility from Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) for its members to cast their votes electronically. Detailed instructions on attending the AGM and casting votes will be provided in the Notice of the AGM.
The Notice convening the AGM and the Annual Report for the year ended March 31, 2026 will be sent to shareholders in due course. This intimation has been hosted on the company's website at www.unitedcreditltd.com.
