United Foodbrands Limited has scheduled its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders/members to be held on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 10:30 AM (IST). The meeting will be conducted through Video Conference/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM).
The Notice of the 20th AGM and the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 will be sent to all shareholders/members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Depositories/Depository Participants/Registrar to Issue and Share Transfer Agent. The distribution will be through electronic mode only.
The documents will also be made available on the Company's website at www.unitedfoodbrands.in under the Investors Section.
