The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the Un-Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026. The approval will include the accompanying Limited Review Report.

With reference to the board meeting, the company confirmed that the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company has been closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives since Wednesday, 01st July, 2026. This closure is in compliance with BSE Circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
