Unitile Recognised Among India’s Best Workplaces for Women 2026
Unitile has been recognised by Great Place To Work® India as one of the Top 100 Mid‑size workplaces for women in its 2026 list, marking the second consecutive year the company has received this honour. The assessment draws on anonymous employee feedback and evaluates organisations on women’s workplace experience, gender parity in experience and representation across levels within their industries.
Women constitute approximately 40 % of management and leadership roles at Unitile, underscoring the firm’s emphasis on enabling women to own decision‑making and influence business priorities. To support women’s career progression, Unitile provides leadership mentoring and guidance from senior colleagues, and operates a working‑mothers policy that offers flexible working arrangements to eligible mothers with children up to three years of age.
