Mr. Ajay Yadav, Proprietor of M/s Ajay Yadav & Associates, Practising Company Secretaries (Membership No. ACS 75958), was appointed as the Scrutinizer by the Board in a meeting held on 11-08-2026. His role was to scrutinize the remote e-voting process and e-voting during the AGM in a fair and transparent manner.
His findings, based on data downloaded from CDSL's website (www.evotingindia.com), confirmed that all resolutions were passed with the requisite majority. The votes were unblocked on 26th September 2026 in the presence of two witnesses not in the employment of the Company. He certified the results in his report issued on 26th September 2026.
