Subsidiary Update
Univastu India Limited's subsidiary company, previously named UNIVASTU UK LIMITED (Company Number 17492138), has changed its name to CAMBIUM NETWORKS LIMITED.
The change became effective from 30 October 2026 and has been duly registered with Companies House, England and Wales. The subsidiary is a private limited company by shares with its registered office situated in England and Wales.
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. A copy of the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name issued by the Registrar of Companies for England and Wales on 30th October 2026 was enclosed with the submission.
