Disclosure Correction
Univastu India Limited issued a revised intimation to correct information previously disclosed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 dated 7th October, 2026.
The company clarified that the statement "The Promoters, Mr. Pradeep Khandagale and Mrs. Rajashri Khandagale, are interested in the proposed transaction" was incorrect and should be replaced with "The Promoters of Univastu India Limited, are common Directors of Univastu UK Limited. Accordingly, they are not considered to have any separate interest in the proposed transaction in their individual capacity."
