Eligibility Cut-off Date: Members whose names appear in the Register of Members or list of Beneficial Owners as of Friday, July 24, 2026, are entitled to vote on the resolutions.
Remote E-Voting Period: The remote e-voting window will be open from Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. until Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
