Uno Minda Appoints Vivek Joshi as LPS CEO

Uno Minda appointed Vivek Shripad Joshi as Chief Executive Officer of its Light Metal and Powertrain Systems (LPS) Domain effective April 19, 2026.
Current CEO Kundan Kumar Jha will facilitate a 3-month transition, front-ending operations while Joshi learns the business, ensuring continuity.
The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors and disclosed pursuant to SEBI LODR Regulation 30 requirements.
Post-transition, Jha will move to a strategic role with mutually agreed responsibilities, focusing on strategic areas.
