UPL Limited disclosed the superannuation of Mr. Farokh Hilloo, Chief Commercial Officer (Crop Protection), effective March 31, 2026.
Mr. Hilloo completed over 35 years of service and will continue as a strategic advisor to UPL.
The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations as a senior management personnel change.
