Upscale AI Funding Extension and Valuation
Upscale AI disclosed on 22 June 2026 that it has secured a $190 million extension to its early‑stage funding round, bringing the company’s total capital raised to $500 million and lifting its valuation to $2 billion. The extension was led by Premji Invest, the investment arm of Indian billionaire Azim Premji. New participants in the round include Nvidia, Salesforce Ventures, Seligman Ventures and Singapore’s sovereign investor Temasek, while existing backers Maverick Silicon, Mayfield, Prosperity7 Ventures, StepStone Group and Tiger Global also contributed.

The company previously raised $200 million in January 2026 during a Series A round that was led by Tiger Global, Premji Invest and Xora Innovation.

Upscale AI develops hardware, systems and software that interconnect AI chips, memory and storage via a unified high‑speed network, enabling large AI models to train and operate more efficiently with reduced latency. The newly raised capital will be deployed to expand the company’s operations and accelerate the delivery of its AI‑native networking technology.
