Urban Company Appoints BSR & Co as New Auditors

Urban Company appoints M/s. BSR & Co. LLP as statutory auditors for a five-year term starting after the 12th AGM.
Current auditor M/s. Price Waterhouse & Co completes its term at the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
The appointment was approved by the Board based on Audit Committee recommendations and requires shareholder approval.
