Urban Company Appoints DPV & Associates as Secretarial Auditors

Urban Company appoints M/s. DPV & Associates LLP as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term starting FY 2026-27.
The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 12th Annual General Meeting of the company.
The new auditor is an experienced firm specializing in secretarial audits, corporate governance, and SEBI compliance.
The disclosure is made pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations and includes all required details in Annexure I.
