UrbanWrk expands Hyderabad presence
UrbanWrk, a premium managed workspace provider headquartered in Mumbai, inaugurated its second Hyderabad centre at Meenakshi Tech Park in HITEC City on 22 September 2026. The new facility adds approximately 85,000 sq ft of space, bringing UrbanWrk’s total Hyderabad footprint to roughly 1.35 lakh sq ft (135,000 sq ft). The centre is located about 800 m from the Raidurg Metro station, within the Madhapur‑HITEC City technology corridor.
The Meenakshi Tech Park centre offers ready‑to‑move‑in UrbanWrk Studios as well as custom‑fit managed offices for larger enterprises. Amenities include private offices, tech‑enabled meeting rooms, focus and phone booths, member lounges, the Wrk Café, breakout and gaming areas, 24/7 access, occupancy sensors, digital access control, visitor management and integrated workplace technology.
Qentelli, a Dallas‑headquartered digital and cloud technology firm, is among the first occupants, taking over 700 seats for its Hyderabad operations. The earlier 50,000 sq ft centre at Raheja Mindspace, launched in 2024, is now fully occupied.
UrbanWrk’s CEO and Founder Anuj Munot said the expansion is driven by sustained enterprise demand in HITEC City, noting that flexibility is now a baseline expectation and that premium workplaces must combine address prestige, thoughtful design, seamless technology and a consistent hospitality service layer.
Cushman & Wakefield data shows that Hyderabad’s flexible workspace market leased 40,451 flex seats in the first half of 2026, a 170.8 % year‑on‑year increase, with technology occupiers and global capability centres (GCCs) as key drivers.
UrbanWrk plans to deepen its enterprise presence in Hyderabad following the opening of the second centre.
