Usha Martin Limited has completed the slump sale of the business undertaking of its wholly-owned subsidiary, U M Cables Limited, to R R Kabel Limited.

The transaction was executed pursuant to a Business Transfer Agreement dated 25th September 2026 among Usha Martin Limited, U M Cables Limited, and R R Kabel Limited.

The business undertaking was transferred on a going concern basis via slump sale, effective from the closing hours of 31st October 2026.
