UST Acquires Award-Winning Workday Partner Intecrowd

UST announced acquisition of Intecrowd LLC, a boutique Workday partner with over 250 employees worldwide.
The deal enhances UST’s Workday capabilities, adding AI‑powered implementation expertise, continuous optimization and faster deployments for Global 2000 clients.
Intecrowd, founded 2014 in Florida, won two Workday Hackathons and was named 2026 Workday Partner of the Year for AI Excellence.
UST CFO Vijay Padmanabhan and CSO Kailash Attal said the acquisition scales AI‑driven solutions; Intecrowd CEO Don McDougal welcomed the integration.
