Announcement
On June 23, 2026, UST, a leading AI and technology transformation solutions company, announced the launch of its AI Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The press release, issued from Bengaluru, India and Copenhagen, Denmark, positions the CCoE as an AI‑driven delivery engine aimed at helping communications service providers (CSPs) accelerate transformation and achieve operational excellence.
Partnership and Capabilities
UST highlighted its status as a Premier Tier Services Partner of AWS, the highest designation in the AWS Partner Network, underscoring deep technical expertise and a proven record of success. The CCoE will leverage AWS Generative AI services—including Kiro, AWS Bedrock, and Amazon SageMaker—as well as AWS Transform to modernize network operations, BSS/OSS platforms, revenue assurance, migration, and customer experience functions.
Solution Launch at TM Forum
The CCoE will be formally introduced at TM Forum’s DTW Ignite 2026 event in Copenhagen, scheduled for June 23‑25. At this forum, UST will unveil IntelliResQ, the first of four telecom‑focused solutions developed through the CCoE. IntelliResQ is designed to accelerate incident resolution through autonomous and semi‑autonomous AI operations, employing AI agents built on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore. The solution aims to significantly reduce mean time to resolution during major outage events, lower operational costs, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Technical Composition
IntelliResQ incorporates six AI agents, utilizes seven distinct AWS services, and adheres to three industry compliance frameworks, creating a repeatable methodology for delivering intelligent, AI‑oriented telecom operations at scale.
Executive Commentary
Aravind Nandanan, General Manager, Telecommunications at UST, stated that CSPs need practical AI solutions that move beyond experimentation to measurable outcomes, and that the new CCoE represents an evolution from traditional services to intelligent, AI‑driven delivery engines. Amir Rao, Global Director for Telco Solutions at AWS, echoed the sentiment, emphasizing the collaborative commitment to helping telcos achieve autonomous, resilient operations.
Workforce Enablement
UST is training its sales, management, and technical associates on AWS AI courses, with 100 associates trained prior to the DTW event and a target of 300 trained associates by the end of 2026.
Company Background
Founded in 1999, UST operates in 30+ countries with a workforce exceeding 30,000 employees, delivering AI‑driven digital solutions, proprietary platforms, engineering, R&D, and innovation ecosystems to global clients.
