UTI AMC allotted 200 equity shares under its 'UTI AMC Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2007' following committee approval.
The allotment increases paid-up share capital from ₹1,28,53,90,280 to ₹1,28,53,92,280, adding 200 shares to the total.
New shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares and were approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
