UTI AMC allotted 9,227 equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2007 following committee approval.
The allotment increases paid-up share capital from ₹128.53 crore to ₹128.53 crore with 12.85 crore shares.
New shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares and comply with SEBI listing regulations.
