The 10th Annual General Meeting was held on Tuesday, August 04, 2026 at 02:30 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means without physical presence of members, in compliance with MCA Circular No. 3/2025 dated September 22, 2025 and various SEBI circulars.
