UTL Industries Limited has intimated the appointment of M/s. V.J. Amin & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 100335W), as the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
The appointment was approved by both the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company, subject to the approval of members at the forthcoming 37th Annual General Meeting.
The term of appointment is for five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the ensuing 37th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in the year 2031.
Remuneration for the statutory auditors, including reimbursement of out-of-pocket and other expenses, will be mutually agreed upon between the Board of Directors and the Statutory Auditors.
