UTL Industries Board meeting scheduled for 25th May 2026 to approve audited standalone results for Q4 and FY ended 31st March 2026.
Trading window closed since 1st April 2026 and will reopen 48 hours after results declaration.
Meeting will be held at registered office in Vadodara and may consider other business with Chairman's approval.
