Uttam Sugar Mills Limited has acquired the building that houses its corporate office premises. The corporate office was previously situated at 3rd Floor of A-2E, CMA Tower, Sector 24, Noida - 201 301, Uttar Pradesh, India, operating from premises taken on lease/rent.

Following the acquisition, the company has become the owner of the entire building comprising four floors. This acquisition will facilitate the continued use of the premises as the corporate office of the company and represents a step towards strengthening the company's long-term corporate infrastructure. The acquisition is expected to provide greater stability and operational continuity for the corporate office premises.

There is no change in the address of the corporate office pursuant to this acquisition. The registered office of the company also remains unchanged at the same address.
