Partnership Announcement
The University of Western Australia (UWA), a Global Top 100 university and founding member of Australia’s Group of Eight, announced on 15 July 2026 that it has appointed SRM Technologies as its Information Technology partner for the establishment of UWA’s India International Branch Campuses in Mumbai and Chennai.
Scope of Engagement
Under a multi‑year engagement, SRM Technologies’ Education Technology Business Unit will design, implement and manage an end‑to‑end digital campus ecosystem for UWA India. The solution will cover Admissions @Meritto, Student Information System @CamU, finance, human resources @uKnowa, campus networking, enterprise applications, IT infrastructure and managed support services. Beyond the initial rollout, SRM will provide ongoing application management, infrastructure operations and technology support to ensure a reliable, secure and scalable digital experience for students, faculty and staff.
Implementation Timeline
The technology environment is being deployed on an accelerated five‑month timeline, targeting a launch for the 2026‑27 academic year.
