V.I.P. Industries Grants 1.2 Lakh ESARs to Employee

V.I.P. Industries' Nomination Committee approved a grant of 120,000 Employee Stock Appreciation Rights (ESARs) via circular resolution.
The ESARs are issued at ₹388 per share and are governed by the company's VIP Employees Stock Appreciation Rights Plan 2018.
The total pool for the plan covers a maximum of 17,06,587 equity shares, and 16,19,000 ESARs from earlier grants are already vested.
