V-Mart Retail Limited has made a regulatory disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations regarding a change in senior management personnel.
The Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the appointment of Mr. Varin Agarwal as Head – Merchandising (Senior Management Personnel) of the Company with effect from November 3, 2026.
Mr. Varin Agarwal has been designated as a Senior Management Personnel of the Company in terms of Regulation 16(1)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. In his new role, he will head the Merchandising function of the Company.

- Joined V-Mart in 2024
- Brings experience across strategy, operations, business development, and growth
- Over the past two years, has been instrumental in streamlining the company's LimeRoad business, leading buying, merchandising, product assortment, and category management functions
- Prior to joining V-Mart, served as Head of Strategy, Operations & Growth at US Mobile, where he played a key role in driving 82% growth in the Company's revenue within 14 months and led a 350+ member customer experience team
- Previously associated with Kearney and Build Republic, gaining experience in cost optimization, business development, and marketing strategies across diverse sectors
