V2 Retail 25th AGM Scheduled July 31, 2026

V2 Retail Limited has intimated the stock exchanges about its upcoming 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders.

The AGM will be held on Friday, 31st July, 2026 at 02:00 PM through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The purpose of the meeting is to transact business as per the notice that will be sent to shareholders.

The company will send the annual report for the financial year 2025-26 along with the notice calling the 25th Annual General Meeting to shareholders in due course.
