VA Tech Wabag Incorporates North Chennai Tru Water

VA Tech Wabag incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, North Chennai Tru Water Private Limited, effective April 1, 2026.
The subsidiary has an initial paid-up capital of INR 100,000 and will operate a 45 MLD wastewater treatment plant in Chennai.
This intimation is made pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations (Reg. 30) and is not a related party transaction.
The new entity is engaged in the wastewater treatment industry and has not yet commenced business operations.
