VAHDAM® India Recognised as a Top Workplace in 2026

On Thursday, 23 July 2026, VAHDAM® India announced that it has been ranked among India’s Top 5 Great Workplaces for 2026 by Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture. In addition to this marquee ranking, the company received three further accolades for the same year: Best Workplaces™ in FMCG 2026, India’s Great Mid‑size Workplaces 2026, and Best Workplaces in Manufacturing 2026.

The recognition reflects a steady upward trajectory in the Great Place To Work® assessments: VAHDAM® moved from Rank 71 among India’s Top Workplaces in 2024 to Rank 17 in 2025, and now secures a place in the top‑five for 2026. Founded in 2015 by Bala Sarda, VAHDAM® India sources tea, herbs, and botanicals directly from farms and estates across India and manufactures products in a 100,000 sq ft BRC‑certified facility.
