Valencia Nutrition Limited acquired 100 equity shares of ₹10/- each in Valencia Beverages & Superwater Private Limited, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.
The total acquisition cost was ₹1,000/- (at par), consolidating 100% shareholding in the beverages segment subsidiary.
The subsidiary, incorporated June 24, 2025 via conversion of Zion Beverages partnership firm, reported turnover of ₹17.5 lakh in FY2024-25 vs ₹2.59 crore in FY2023-24.
