Valencia Nutrition Limited acquired 90,00,000 equity shares of its wholly owned subsidiary Valencia Beverages & Superwater Private Limited for ₹9 crore cash.
Shares were acquired at par value of ₹10/- each; no regulatory approvals were required as the transaction is between holding company and WOS.
Target entity was incorporated on June 24, 2025, via conversion of Zion Beverages partnership firm; FY2024-25 turnover stood at Rs. 17,49,537.
