Vapi Enterprise Reappoints Manoj Patel as MD for 5 Years

The Board inter-alia considered and approved the re-appointment of Mr. Manoj Patel (DIN: 00485197) as Managing Director of the Company. Mr. Patel retires by rotation in terms of Section 152(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 and offered himself for re-appointment.

The re-appointment is for a period of five years effective from 30th July, 2026 till 29th July, 2031, subject to the approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
