Vardhman Polytex Limited fully repaid and settled all outstanding dues owed to Phoenix ARC Private Limited.
The repayment was funded from proceeds of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) issued by the company.
This settlement resolves previous defaults reported to stock exchanges and triggers a ₹300 crore write-back.
