Debt Repayment Disclosure
Vardhman Polytex Limited made a partial repayment of ₹1,00,00,000 (Rupee One Crore only) towards secured, unlisted, redeemable and optionally convertible debentures (OCDs) held by Special Situation India Fund. This communication is in continuation to their earlier communication dated 25 September, 2026.
Repayment Structure Details
As per instructions from the Debenture Holder (Special Situation India Fund), the repayment was structured as follows:
- ₹1,61,920.62 was effected by way of pro-rata reduction in the face value/principal amount of each of the 1,500 outstanding OCDs
- ₹98,38,079.38 was effected by way of Interest payment
