Vardhman Polytex Repays ₹1.5 Crore Towards OCDs

Vardhman Polytex Limited has made a partial repayment of ₹1,50,00,000 (Rupees One Crore Fifty Lakhs) on September 29, 2026 towards secured, unlisted, redeemable and optionally convertible debentures (OCDs) held by Special Situation India Fund.

The repayment was executed through pro-rata reduction in the face value/principal amount of each of the 1,500 outstanding OCDs as per the instructions of the Debenture Holder.

• Aggregate principal amount: ₹12,48,38,079.38

After Part Redemption:

• Number of OCDs: 1,500 (unchanged)

• Aggregate principal amount: ₹10,98,38,079.38

The balance principal amount after this partial repayment stands at ₹10,98,38,079.38, plus interest and other amounts payable in accordance with the OCD Subscription cum Trust Deed and other Transaction Documents.
